Our Statement on Transparency: SBD&SO strongly believes that leaders of charitable nonprofits know that financial transparency will help preserve the important trust between the community members, donors, and volunteers.  We are committed to conducting operations in an accountable and transparent way to earn the trust and support of our community, volunteers, and stake-holders.  Below are five (5) critical tasks that will be ingrained in our volunteer workforce culture.
